I believe healthy diet and exercise is all you need to be the best you can be. My journey has taken me from a diet of junk, to an unhealthy low weight, and now on a path to strength and stability. Through it all I have learned how to live a happy and healthy lifestyle, and I only wish to inspire others to do the same. This is not a weight loss nor weight gain blog; this is a blog about finding balance, strength, and happiness.
